provides a macro-friendly version of a classic treat using Myprotein's Impact Whey and Protein Wafers. Let's check it out.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix the yogurt, protein, FlavDrops, cocoa powder, and sweetener together.

  2. Place one protein wafer into a ramekin. Pour half of the yogurt mixture on top.

  3. Place the second protein wafer on top. Pour the
    remaining yogurt mixture on top.

  4. Spread your melted chocolate on top.

  5. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.

  6. Add cinnamon hearts on top to serve.
